By accessing or using AlixOffer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AlixOffer provides automated notification services for AliExpress affiliate orders via Telegram. The Service includes:

• Real-time order notifications
• Customizable message templates
• S2S webhook integration with AliExpress
• Subscription-based notification limits
• Dashboard for managing settings

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: $0/month - 100 notifications
• Starter: $9.99/month - 1,000 notifications
• Pro: $29.99/month - 10,000 notifications
• Unlimited: $79.99/month - Unlimited notifications

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Usage Limitations

5.1 Notification Limits

Each subscription plan has a monthly notification limit. Exceeding this limit will result in notifications being paused until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

5.2 Fair Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload our systems
• Share your account credentials
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent notification limits
• Reverse engineer or copy our Service

6. Telegram Integration

Our Service requires a Telegram channel and uses the @AlixOffer bot. You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your Telegram channel
• Ensuring the bot has proper permissions
• Complying with Telegram's Terms of Service

7. AliExpress Webhook

You must configure AliExpress S2S webhook to point to our system. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your AliExpress affiliate account
• Properly configuring the webhook URL
• Complying with AliExpress's affiliate terms

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlixOffer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

10. Service Availability

10.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates.

10.2 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlixOffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlixOffer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
