At AlixOffer, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
2.1 Eligibility for 7-Day Guarantee
- Only applies to first-time subscribers
- Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
- Applies to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited)
- Free plan is not eligible (no payment made)
3. Monthly Subscription Refunds
3.1 General Policy
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused notifications in your monthly allocation
- Cancellations made after the 7-day period
- Downgrades to a lower-tier plan
3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
Pro-rated refunds are not available. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features until that date
- No refund is issued for the remaining days
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of the 7-day guarantee period in the following exceptional circumstances:
4.1 Service Outages
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using core features, you may be eligible for:
- A pro-rated credit for the downtime period
- Extension of your subscription by equivalent days
- Partial refund at our discretion
4.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error:
- We will refund the incorrect amount immediately
- This includes duplicate charges or wrong plan charges
- Contact support within 30 days of the error
4.3 Fraud or Unauthorized Charges
If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:

- We will investigate and issue a full refund if fraud is confirmed
- Your account will be secured and credentials reset
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Refund Process
To request a refund:

- We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

- Refunds are processed through PayPal
- It may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Processing time depends on your payment provider
6.2 Denied Requests
If your refund request is denied, we will provide:

7. Cancellation vs. Refund
7.1 Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- You can cancel anytime through your dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing
- You keep access until the current period ends
- No refund is issued for the current period
7.2 Account Deletion
Deleting your account:
- Does not automatically cancel your subscription
- Does not result in a refund
- Requires you to cancel subscription first
- Results in permanent data deletion
8. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades
8.1 Upgrades
- Take effect immediately
- You are charged the difference for the remaining period
- No refund of previous plan charges
8.2 Downgrades
- Take effect at the end of current billing period
- No refund for the difference in plan costs
- Notification limits adjust at next renewal
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process payment 3 times
- Your service may be suspended after failed attempts
- No refund is issued for suspension period
- Update payment method to restore service
10. Gift Subscriptions
Currently, we do not offer gift subscriptions. This policy may be updated in the future.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or PayPal:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Please contact us first to resolve issues
- Chargebacks may result in account termination
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
